Uploaded plans, specifications, addenda, and project information are treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and perform the requested estimating or scope-review services. Fortify does not publish or share project documents without authorization, except as required to provide the requested service or comply with law.
Contact information
Contact details are used to respond to requests, clarify project needs, provide requested services, and maintain related business records. Fortify does not present submitted contact information as public content.
Retention and access
Access should be limited to people involved in intake, estimating, quality review, administration, and service delivery. Records are retained only as needed for those purposes, legal obligations, and reasonable business continuity.
